Research Interests

My research focuses on the design and optimization of surface facilities for geothermal power plants, with emphasis on component modelling, techno-economic analysis, and improve operational planning of hybrid renewable configurations. Within the TANGO (Techno-economic ANalysis of Geoenergy Operations) platform, I develop AI-driven optimization frameworks that integrate geothermal with hybrid energy systems. My work enables predictive and comprehensive evaluations of hybrid system performance by leveraging machine learning and reinforcement learning, with the aim of reducing LCOE and optimizing the planning of various forms of sustainable energy production.
